By downloading, installing or using Norton products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
Norton grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or internal business purposes on the number of devices specified in your plan, for the duration of your subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel renewal from your account at any time.
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions described at checkout.
Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to protect your devices, no security solution can guarantee absolute protection against every possible threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norton shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products and services.
All software, content, trademarks and logos provided through our services are the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of our products except as expressly permitted by your license.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
